My Journey in Design Leadership
When I stepped into the role of Art Director at Revolution Design Group, RDG, I knew it was an opportunity to make a significant impact on the mission of the company and the creative culture of the team. It was a position that challenged me to grow as a leader, think strategically, and foster a space where innovative ideas could thrive and be brought to fruition.

Hi, I'm Kylee
Living creatively, designing passionately.

A Collaborative Vision
In my time at RDG, collaboration became the cornerstone of my creative process. I believed in cultivating an environment where every designer, copywriter, and strategist felt empowered to contribute. Together, we pushed boundaries, blending functionality and artistry into every project.
One of my favorite aspects of being an Art Director was mentoring talent. Seeing team members develop their skills and take ownership of projects was a deeply rewarding experience. It reminded me why I fell in love with design in the first place—the endless potential for growth and discovery.
Creative Leadership in Action
One standout moment from my time at RDG was One of the most rewarding challenges at RDG was tackling branding projects where we created a completely new visual identity. From designing the perfect mark to selecting typography that speaks volumes, every element demanded precision and creativity. Pairing bold colors and striking patterns, we crafted brands that were not only visually impactful but also told a story, ensuring they stood out in competitive markets. It tested my ability to balance creative freedom with strategic oversight, but the end result was a campaign we were all proud of.
Looking Ahead
My time as Art Director at RDG shaped the way I approach design leadership today. I carry forward the lessons of collaboration, mentorship, and innovation into every project I take on.
